One call to empty the whole place
Moving out, selling, turning over a rental or just finally dealing with years of stuff: a full cleanout is a lot of trips to the curb and a lot of lifting. We send a crew and enough truck space to do it in one visit in most cases.
You point at what goes, and we do the rest. We sort as we load: usable furniture and household goods go to donation partners, recyclables are separated, and the rest goes to licensed disposal. If you're not on site, we can work from a list or a walk-through video.
Landlords and property managers use us for tenant turnovers and abandoned-unit cleanouts on tight schedules. We can provide a certificate of insurance for your building and before-and-after photos for your records.

We confirm the price, do all the lifting and loading, and sweep up before we leave.
Where it goes
We sort every cleanout. On average about 60% of what we haul is donated or recycled, and only the rest goes to licensed transfer stations.
Donate
Furniture, appliances and household goods in good shape go to local charities and reuse stores.
Recycle
Metal, cardboard, electronics and appliances go to recycling facilities that handle them properly.
Dispose legally
Only what can't be reused or recycled goes to licensed disposal sites. Never dumped on a curb or lot.
Before we arrive
- Mark what stays. Tape or sticky notes on anything you're keeping avoids mistakes.
- Pull out valuables. Take documents, jewelry and keepsakes out first, and tell us if you're still looking for something.
- Check building rules. Reserve the elevator and loading area, and ask if the building needs our insurance certificate.

I called Junk All Mighty in Staten Island for a last-minute garage cleanout, and they showed up the same day. The crew was professional, friendly, and had everything loaded in under an hour. They made the whole process stress-free.
