Careful estate cleanouts on your timeline
Clearing out a parent's or relative's home is hard enough without the logistics. Often the family lives elsewhere, the realtor needs it empty for showings, or a lease has to be surrendered by a fixed date.
Our crews work room by room. Anything that looks like it matters, such as papers, photographs, jewelry, cash or anything on your list, gets set aside for you, not thrown in the truck. Usable furniture and household goods go to donation partners.
We also work with executors, estate attorneys and realtors on foreclosures, bank-owned and abandoned properties. We can coordinate access, send before-and-after photos, and provide a certificate of insurance.
- Documents, photos and valuables set aside
- Donation of furniture and household goods
- Work with executors, attorneys and realtors
- Foreclosure and bank-owned properties
- Broom-clean and photo documentation

Estate cleanout cost
Estate cleanouts are priced by truck space like every job, so you pay for what's removed, not for hours. A one-bedroom apartment is often around a 1/2 load ($400); full houses are usually one or more full loads ($650 each). We quote from photos or a walk-through.

Before we arrive
- Walk through first. Take what the family wants, or list it for us. We'll set aside anything else that looks personal.
- Consider an estate sale. If there are valuable pieces, sell first. We clear what's left afterward.
- Share access details. Lockbox codes, doorman instructions or a realtor contact let us work while you're away.
