Furniture removal without the heavy lifting
Old furniture is the most common reason people call us. A sofa that won't fit through the new apartment door, a bedroom set nobody wants, a dining table left behind by the last tenant. It's heavy, awkward and rarely worth the hassle of selling, and most city curbside programs have rules about when and how it can go out.
Our crews do all of it. We carry it down the stairs or into the freight elevator, protect door frames and banisters on the way, load it, and sweep up where it stood. If something has to come apart to get out, like a bed frame, a sectional or a desk, we take it apart.
Furniture in decent shape goes to local donation partners first. Wood, metal and upholstery that can't be reused go to recycling where facilities accept them, and only what's left goes to licensed disposal.
- Removal from any room and any floor, including walk-ups
- Disassembly when pieces won't fit through doors
- Donation of usable pieces
- Same-day and next-day pickup in most areas
- Broom sweep after we load

Before we arrive
- Empty drawers and cabinets. It makes pieces lighter and safer to carry.

- Book the elevator. Many buildings need a freight elevator reservation or a certificate of insurance. We can send one.

Couldn’t be happier with this crew. They got back to me immediately with a reasonable quote and were in my Brooklyn warehouse space within half a business day. They demoed big metal and wood shelving units that were drilled into the floor, walls, and ceilings. They broke it all down and hauled it aw…
I would like to say thank you to Adrian and his team. They are truly the best. The flexibility with scheduling is awesome and they work with you around your schedule. We were able to have a pick up before 7am and it allowed me enough to still get to work. They moved fast and because we had a small l…
I called Junk All Mighty in Staten Island for a last-minute garage cleanout, and they showed up the same day. The crew was professional, friendly, and had everything loaded in under an hour. They made the whole process stress-free.

Furniture Removal: common questions
Can you take furniture from upstairs or a walk-up?
Yes. Stairs are included in the price. Our crews carry furniture down from any floor and protect walls and banisters on the way out.
Will you take apart a sectional or bed frame?
Yes. If a piece needs to come apart to get out safely, we disassemble it at no extra charge.
Do you donate furniture?
Whenever it's in usable condition. Pieces that are broken, stained or infested go to recycling or licensed disposal instead.
Can I just put my couch on the curb instead?
Sometimes. Most cities have bulk pickup rules, such as scheduling, set-out times and limits on how much can go out. If you need it gone today, from inside the home, or in quantity, that's where we help.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. Many customers leave access with a doorman, a neighbor or a lockbox and pay by card once the job is done.
