A faster alternative to a dumpster
A dumpster means a permit for the street in many cities, a spot to put it, and doing all the loading yourself. For most renovation jobs, it's faster and often cheaper to have us load and haul the debris when the work is done, or at a few points during the project.
We take drywall, lumber, tile, flooring, cabinets, countertops, old fixtures and general renovation debris. We also dismantle and remove sheds, decks, fences and old playsets.
Contractors use us to keep job sites clear between phases. Homeowners call us after a DIY remodel. Either way, we load, sweep and haul it to facilities that recycle what they can.
- Priced by cubic yard or by the bag
- No dumpster or street permit needed
- Shed, deck and fence removal
- Contractor job-site cleanups
- We do all the loading

Construction debris removal cost
Construction debris is priced by the cubic yard, or by the bag for smaller jobs (standard 25–30 lb contractor bags). Very heavy materials like concrete, brick and dirt-heavy debris can change the price, and we'll tell you before we start.

Where it goes
Clean wood, metal and some masonry go to recycling facilities. The rest goes to licensed construction and demolition transfer stations.
Donate
Furniture, appliances and household goods in good shape go to local charities and reuse stores.

Metal, cardboard, electronics and appliances go to recycling facilities that handle them properly.

Only what can't be reused or recycled goes to licensed disposal sites. Never dumped on a curb or lot.
Before we arrive
- Bag the small stuff. Contractor bags of loose debris load faster and keep the price down.
- Separate heavy materials. Concrete, brick and tile are priced differently; tell us the amounts.
- Check for asbestos. Older homes can contain asbestos in tiles, pipe wrap or plaster. We can't take it; it must be tested and abated by licensed pros.
