Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of junkalmighty.com and the junk removal services provided by Junk All Mighty. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.
1. Services
1.1 Junk removal. We remove unwanted items, debris and clutter from residential and commercial properties in our service area.
1.2 Items we don't take. We do not remove hazardous materials, including paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, or anything regulated as hazardous waste. We may decline items we can't carry or dispose of safely and legally.
1.3 Service area. We serve New York City, Westchester County, Northern New Jersey and Philadelphia. Contact us to confirm service at your location.
2. Quotes and pricing
2.1 Prices are based mainly on volume, along with weight, item type and access. Quotes from photos or phone descriptions are estimates. We confirm a firm price on-site before work begins, and no work starts until you approve it.
2.2 If the items on-site differ materially from what was described, the price may change. We'll tell you before starting.
2.3 We may update published prices at any time. The price confirmed at your appointment is the price you pay.
3. Bookings, cancellations and rescheduling
Book by phone, email or our website. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or a crew that can't access the property may incur a trip fee, which we'll tell you about when you book.
4. Payment
We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and electronic payment. Payment is due when the job is complete unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the items or are authorized to have them removed, that you've removed anything you want to keep, and that you've told us about any hazards on the property. Please give us safe access to the items.
6. Liability
6.1 We're licensed and insured, and our crews take care to protect your property. If we damage your property through our negligence, report it to us within 48 hours of the job and we'll work with you to resolve it.
6.2 We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, for items left in place that you asked us to take, for items you asked us to remove, or for normal wear from moving items through tight spaces when you've approved the method. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the job.
7. Disposal
Once removed, items become our responsibility. We donate, recycle or dispose of them legally at our discretion. We can't return items once they've been taken to a donation or disposal facility.
8. Website use
Site content is provided for general information. Don't misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.
